Moon is comfortable in Karkaṭa/ Karkata and matters relating to the home and heart shall attain prominence. People will be required to work very hard, something that the Moon does not like very much so ensure that the mind is at peace while addressing the requirements of physical labour.

Maṅgala/ Mangala/ Mars will also be aspecting the Moon with the 4th House aspect and this afflicts the Moon and will bring resistance and fury if the work requirements are coercive.
