The Vedic Sun moves out of its debilitation in Libra/ Tulā Rāśi/ Tula Rashi and into Scorpio/ Vṛṣcika Rāśi/ Vrishchika Rashi which is a friendly, fire sign/ Agni Tattwa Rashi ruled by Mars. Vedic Astrology follows the sidereal zodiac unlike the Western world which follows the tropical zodiac.
